Review of the Establishment of a Nursing Care Worker Visa
🔹Expansion of E-7-2 Visa (Specific Activity Visa)
Plan to expand the scope of the E-7-2 visa, which is currently available for skilled foreign workers, to include the caregiver profession.
🔹Introduction of a Dedicated Caregiver Visa (Tentative Name: E-7-9, etc.)
Establishment of a new visa exclusively for caregivers, allowing them to stay and work legally.
🔹Application of the Non-Professional Employment Visa (E-9)
Expansion of the E-9 visa, which was previously limited to the manufacturing and construction industries, to include the caregiver profession.
